						韩卫华,男,兰州大学物理科学与技术学院教授,凝聚态物理方向和电子科学与技术方向博士生导师,杂志编辑,Science of Advanced Materials杂志专刊编辑,中国纳米发电机与微纳系统会议委员会委员,美国橡树岭国家实验室用户会员,主要从事纳米材料的合成及其在光电催化(人工光合作用)、能量存储(超级电容器和二次电池)以及压敏传感(柔性传感器)领域的应用技术研究。    
韩卫华教授依托半导体物理学和电子科学与技术的专业背景,主要从事载流子的输运行为研究,具体研究内容包括:(1)光生载流子输运调控(光催化和光传感器);(2)压力调控载流子的输运(压敏传感器);(3)固液界面上的电荷交换(超级电容和光催化)(4)集成电路设计。研究领域涉及半导体光(电)催化领域、光(压)电传感领域、超级电容器和电源管理芯片等多个领域,相关学术成果已经在ACS Nano、Nano Energy、Applied Catalysis B: Environmental、Advanced Energy Materials、Nano-Micro Letter、Advanced Functional Materials、Advanced Optical Materials、Carbon Energy、Energy Storage Materials、Small等国际知名学术期刊发表。
近5年(自2018年元月)以来,以申请人为主(通讯作者)共发表SCI论文50多篇,总引用超过3000次。
