靳志文,“萃英学者”特聘教授,博士生导师,入选国家级青年人才计划,甘肃省杰出青年基金获得者,兼任中国物理学会科普演讲团专家成员。1990年出生于山西省朔州市,2011年于兰州大学材料化学专业获得学士学位,2016年于中国科学院化学研究所获材料学博士学位,后续在陕西师范大学从事博士后研究,2018年10月被兰州大学聘为教授。曾先后荣获全国青年岗位能手、甘肃省“陇原青年创新创业人才”、“陇原青年英才”,兰州大学 “青年五四奖章”、“国华杰出学者”、“我最喜爱的十大教师”等荣誉,并多次入选“科睿唯安全球高被引学者”、“爱思唯尔中国高被引学者”榜单。 入职兰大独立开展工作以来,主要研究方向为基于金属卤化物的X射线探测成像技术,以通讯作者在Nat. Commun.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Adv. Mater.,IEEE Electron Device Lett.等高水平学术期刊发表论文60余篇,应邀参与撰写了《先进X射线探测:医学成像与工业应用》(Springer 出版)等著作。主持国家级青年人才计划1项、甘肃省杰出青年基金1项,其他国家级、省部级纵/横向项目5项,参与国家重点研发计划1项,国家自然科学基金国际(地区)合作与交流项目1项,并多次在国内外重要学术会议上做邀请报告。 学术主页:http://www.researcherid.com/rid/L-2907-2013
成立“新型半导体辐射探测技术”研究团队,包括教授两名,青年研究员一名,副教授两名。目前的研究围绕X、γ射线探测成像技术领域所面临的关键科学问题,充分利用卤化物等新型半导体材料在X、γ射线能量转换的固有优势,希望提高其光电性能与辐照稳定性,并探寻影响性能变化的光电物理和器件物理机制,最终开发具有自主知识产权的低剂量、高分辨、大面积的X、γ射线探测与成像技术;并尝试拓展相关技术在高能射线 (α、β、快中子、质子、宇宙射线等) 探测领域的应用。 具体研究方向: 1. 材料优化:材料的结构设计、优化、合成及薄膜宏量制备; 2. 器件表征:探测器的相关器件物理问题的研究及结构设计; 3. 系统验证:耦合集成、串扰抑制、封装及成像系统预研制;
