靳志文,“萃英学者”特聘教授,博士生导师,入选国家级青年人才计划,甘肃省杰出青年基金获得者,兼任中国物理学会科普演讲团专家成员。1990年出生于山西省朔州市,2011年于兰州大学材料化学专业获得学士学位,2016年于中国科学院化学研究所获材料学博士学位,后续在陕西师范大学从事博士后研究,2018年10月被兰州大学聘为教授。曾先后荣获全国青年岗位能手、强国青年科学家,甘肃省“五四青年奖章”、“陇原青年英才” 、“陇原青年创新创业人才”,兰州大学 “青年五四奖章”、“国华杰出学者”、“我最喜爱的十大教师”等荣誉,并多次入选“科睿唯安全球高被引学者”、“爱思唯尔中国高被引学者”榜单。
入职兰大独立开展工作以来,主要研究方向为基于金属卤化物的电离辐射防护、探测与成像技术,以通讯作者在Nat. Commun.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Adv. Mater.,IEEE Electron Device Lett.等高水平学术期刊发表论文60余篇,应邀参与撰写了《先进X射线探测:医学成像与工业应用》(Springer 出版)等著作。主持国家级青年人才计划1项、甘肃省杰出青年基金1项,其他国家级、省部级纵/横向项目5项,参与国家重点研发计划1项,国家自然科学基金国际(地区)合作与交流项目1项,并多次在国内外重要学术会议上做邀请报告。

成立“新型半导体辐射防护、探测与成像技术”研究团队,包括教授两名,青年研究员一名,副教授两名。目前的研究围绕X射线等高能射线 (α、β、γ、中子、宇宙射线等) 防护、探测与成像技术领域所面临的关键共性科学问题展开。拟以卤化物等新型半导体材料为研究载体,充分理解影响材料的光电物理相互作用和器件工作的物理机制,明确材料与器件性能间的构效关系,开发AI模型与算法迭代设计新材料,并同时推进AI增强的计算光谱与计算成像研究与系统开发,最终实现具有自主知识产权且安全可靠的低剂量、高分辨、大面积的高能辐射探测与成像技术。
具体研究方向:
1. 模型建立与算法开发:人工智能方法在功能材料领域的应用开发(理论物理、凝聚态物理);
2. 材料设计与性能优化:通过功能基元序构导向性构建高性能材料(材料化学、凝聚态物理);
3. 器件设计与工艺研究:薄膜工艺、器件物理分析及器件结构设计(电子信息、凝聚态物理);
4. 信号读出与数据处理:低温大面积耦合工艺,信号读出系统开发(电子信息、凝聚态物理)。
团队每年招收硕士生3-4人 (物理、材料或微电子),博士生2-3人 (微电子、凝聚态或能源动力),长期招收博士后1-2人。目前指导在读博士生7人,在读研究生15人。
