项目成果:

  1. 纳米金属粉体工业化生产技术、装备及产业化推广(已商业化)。以本人为核心完全独立自主开发了纳米金属粉体新材料工业化生产技术和装备,已经成功实现了产业化推广。该技术获得了甘肃省科技进步二等奖。 纳米金属粉体新材料工业化生产技术具有以下特点:自动化、集成化程度高,产量高,原材料利用率高,能够连续生产,生产过程绿色环保,所生产的金属纳米粉体纯度高,粒度小、呈单一球形、形状规则,粒度较为均匀,表面光洁,综合性能较优,应用领域广阔。采用独特的包覆处理技术,既避免了接触空气发生自燃、爆炸的危险,又便于运输、存储和客户使用,既保持了优异性能,又极大地拓宽了应用领域。 应用领域:本技术生产的金属纳米粉体新材料可广泛应用于航空、航天、军工、冶金、化工、电子、机械、医药、染料、涂料等诸多行业领域,仅需少量添加即可实现性能的大幅提升,是实现“中国制造2025”和提升我国国防核心竞争力的关键材料!
  2. 纳米高效农业”技术及产品(已商业化)。2017年,全球首次提出“纳米高效农业”新理念,将单质金属纳米粉体用于现代农业生产,开发出系列“纳米微量元素肥产品”,在国外十余个国家及国内29个省市区推广超过30万亩,均取得了20%以上增产效果,并在提质增效、增强抗逆性、生态修复、乡村振兴等方面表现优异。
  3. 纳米自修复润滑油。基于纳米金属粉体的纳米自修复润滑油 利用工业化生产的纳米铜粉,针对重装/重载车辆及工程机械开发了纳米自修复润滑油产品,可使机械磨损率降低70%以上。采用此技术生产的润滑油与传统配方相比具有以下特点:自动修复发动机磨损部位,延长发动机使用寿命1-3倍;减小摩擦阻力,节约燃油3%以上;提高发动机动力,降温、降振、降噪;减少积炭,降低排放,有效减少尾气烟度。 应用领域及前景:重装/重载车辆和重型工程机械设备的抗摩减磨。
  4. 纳米铁基合成氨催化剂。基于纳米铁粉的纳米铁基合成氨催化剂 利用工业化生产的纳米铁粉对传统铁基合成氨催化剂进行改性开发了纳米铁基合成氨催化剂,出口氨含量达到18~25%,活性提高了15%以上,合成氨的转化率可增加30%以上,显著提高转化率,使得合成氨生产的产能得到了大幅提高,且低温活性高,显著降低了生产用电,使生产成本降低至少3.2%;可延长使用寿命1-2年,耐热抗毒能力强;还具有稳定性好、还原质量高、能耗低等特点,在节能降耗和提高产量方面具有明显的作用。由于有效降低了能耗和各种排放,可解决传统合成氨反应装置由于节能环保不达标强制淘汰的问题。 应用领域:合成氨工业。
  5. 纳米固体导弹推进剂。利用工业化生产的纳米铝粉作为固体导弹/火箭推进剂中的纳米金属燃料或纳米金属添加剂,能大幅度提高燃料的燃烧热和燃烧效率,改善燃烧稳定性,因此能够减轻燃料箱的体积和质量,并获得高的推力,大大降低火箭成本。由于纳米铝粉大幅提升了燃烧效率,能够解决传统微米铝粉燃烧尾焰中含有大量高亮的铝液滴,不利于火箭/导弹隐身的问题。仅仅将微米铝粉的3%替换为纳米铝粉即可将推进剂的低压段燃烧速率提升30%以上,将微米铝粉的8%替换为纳米铝粉即可将推进剂的低压段燃烧速率提升80%以上,有效提高火箭或导弹的推力。同时能够降低压强指数40%以上,极大地改善燃烧稳定性。本技术生产的纳米铝粉的热焓值比电爆法等技术生产的纳米铝粉提高30%以上,能大幅提升燃料的燃烧热。 应用领域:固体导弹/火箭推进剂。
