						肖恢芙,男,汉族,中共党员,博士,硕士研究生导师,1992年出生于江西吉安。

2009.09-2013.06,兰州大学,微电子学,本科;

2014.09-2019.06,兰州大学,微电子学与固体电子学,硕博连读;

2019.07-2022.03,兰州大学,物理学流动站,师资博士后;

2022.04-今,兰州大学物理科学与技术学院,青年研究员。

目前的研究方向包括硅基光子集成芯片和薄膜铌酸锂光子集成芯片,在Nanophotonics、Optics Letters、Applied Physics Letters等国际知名期刊发表学术论文40余篇,其中一作及通信作者论文11篇。

Optica、Nanophotonics、Optics Express等多个国际知名期刊审稿人。近三年主持了国家自然科学基金青年项目、甘肃省重点研发计划、甘肃省自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金、中央高校基本科研业务费、横向项目、双一流引导专项等项目。
