姓名:雷东升

雷东升,男,兰州大学物理科学与技术学院教授,博士生导师,兼任西北四省(甘青宁新)电子显微学会副理事长。于2006年、2009年和2014年分别获西安交通大学理学学士、硕士和博士学位。2014年至2019年间在美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室工作。主要发展和使用冷冻电镜三维重构技术,并将其与分子动力学模拟相结合,解析病毒-抗体复合物、脂蛋白、框架核酸等生物大分子的三维结构,探究功能实现的分子机理,为相关疾病的药物开发等提供线索。目前在Nature Communications、Nature Plants、Nature Chemical Biology和Nucleic Acids Research等SCI刊物上发表论文20余篇,研究成果被美国能源部等20余家机构报道。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,参与多项甘肃省重点研发计划或中央高校交叉创新团队项目。
