姓名:潘孝军

潘孝军,男,博士,教授,博士生导师。2003年7月毕业于兰州大学物理科学与技术学院物理学“国家理科基础科学研究与教学人才培养基地”,获理学学士学位。2008年7月兰州大学物理学院凝聚态物理专业获理学博士学位。2007年10月至2008年10月受国家留学基金委研究生项目公派至新加坡南洋理工大学。2008年10月至2010年12月在香港城市大学超金刚石与先进薄膜研究中心从事博士后研究工作。2008年10月起在兰州大学物理学院工作,先后任兰州大学讲师、副教授和教授。 主要从事半导体光电探测、新能源材料及其器件的研究工作。主持完成多项国家自然科学基金项目、博士后基金及横向课题。参与完成国家自然科学基金项目3项。在APL、JMCA、Carbon、J. Power Sources、Chem. Eng. J.等学术刊物上发表SCI论文70余篇。
1.半导体紫外光电材料及器件:包括新型紫外光电材料及器件、气体传感器件的设计、性能及机理的研究; 2.储能材料及器件:包括离子电池、超级电容器等新能源材料及器件的设计、性能及机理的研究。
